Welcome to Ritualsbliss.com By placing an order and purchasing products
from Ritualsbliss, you enter into a legally binding agreement with us on the
following terms and conditions. Please read and understand these conditions as
they affect your rights and liabilities.

 

1. Interpretation

 

1.1 In these Conditions:

- 'Conditions' refer to the terms and conditions of sale set out in this
document.

- 'Contract' refers to the agreement for the sale of Goods.

- 'Payment Card' refers to the credit or debit card or other payment system
used for payment.

- 'Goods' refer to the products you have ordered.

- 'Order' means any order placed by you with us for the supply of Goods.

- 'Order Form' refers to the electronic order form completed and submitted
by you.

- 'Regulations' refer to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling)
Regulations 2000.

- 'Web Site' refers to our online presence at http://www.ritualsbliss.com.

 

1.2 References to statutes or statutory provisions include amendments or
re-enactments.

1.3 Words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa;
references to gender include all genders; and references to persons include
corporate entities.

1.4 References to clauses are to those in these Conditions.

1.5 Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

 

2. Basis of the Sale

 

2.1 We shall sell to you, and you shall purchase, Goods as set out in your
Order, subject to these Conditions. Each sale is governed by these Conditions
to the exclusion of any other terms.

2.2 No Order is accepted until confirmed by us via email or in writing.

2.3 Any variations to these Conditions must be agreed in writing.

2.4 Any advice given by us is followed at your own risk.

2.5 We are not liable for typographical, clerical, or other errors.

 

3. Orders

 

3.1 The quantity, quality, and description of the Goods will be as set out
in your Order.

3.2 Orders are accepted at our discretion, typically if the Goods are
available, the pricing is current, you are in the Delivery Area, and your
payment is authorised.

3.3 We may withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors
regarding the Goods on our website.

3.4 You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your Order and
providing necessary information.

3.5 Specifications for Goods are as detailed on the relevant pages of our
site.

3.6 We may change specifications to comply with legal requirements or to
provide substitute Goods.

 

4. Price of the Goods

 

4.1 Prices are as set out on the relevant page of our site. We reserve the
right to change prices, but the price at the time of order acceptance will
apply.

4.2 If prices increase after order acceptance but before delivery, we will
notify you. If the new price is unacceptable, you may cancel the order.

4.3 You are liable for transport, packaging, and insurance charges as shown
on the Order Form.

4.4 Prices include any applicable VAT.

4.5 Free gifts are limited to one per household.

 

5. Terms of Payment

 

5.1 By providing payment details and submitting an Order, you confirm the
information is true, you are authorised to use the Payment Card, and you
authorise us to deduct the total price from your account.

5.2 Deduction of payment does not mean order acceptance. If we reject your
order, we will refund any deducted amount.

5.3 If full payment cannot be obtained, we may cancel the Order or suspend
delivery.

5.4 If Goods are returned as per Clause 9, we will credit your Payment Card
accordingly.

5.5 We take reasonable care to secure your information but are not liable
for unauthorised access unless due to our negligence.

5.6 We may reject orders we suspect are for resale.

 

6. Delivery

 

6.1 Delivery is made to the address provided in the Order Form. Ensure the
address is accurate and provide clear instructions if you are not available at
delivery. We are not liable for loss or damage once delivered as per your
instructions.

6.2 While we aim to deliver within specified times, we are not liable for
delays. Delivery dates are approximate, and delays due to circumstances beyond
our control may extend delivery times.

6.3 Missing items must be reported within two working days of delivery.

6.4 Goods may be delivered in instalments. Each instalment is a separate
contract.

6.5 Our liability for failed delivery is limited to the price of the Goods.

6.6 If you fail to take delivery, we may cancel the Contract and refund the
price less delivery and return costs.

 

7. Risk and Property

 

7.1 Risk of loss or damage passes to you at delivery or attempted delivery
if you fail to take delivery.

7.2 Property in Goods passes to you only after full payment is received.
Goods are not for resale.

 

8. Warranties and Liability

 

8.1 Your statutory rights are not affected.

8.2 Defects must be reported within 14 days of delivery. Failure to notify
us means you waive your right to reject the Goods.

8.3 Valid claims allow us to replace or refund the Goods, but we have no
further liability.

8.4 We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special loss or
damage.

8.5 We are not liable for delays or failures beyond our control.

8.6 We are not responsible for the content of linked websites.

 

9. Right of Withdrawal

 

9.1 You have 14 days from receipt of Goods to withdraw from the Contract
and return the Goods. You are responsible for return costs.

9.2 Withdrawal does not affect your statutory rights.

9.3 Withdrawal does not apply to opened audio/video recordings or software.

9.4 If we supply substituted Goods, we bear the return cost.

 

10. Communications

 

10.1 Electronic communications are deemed sent and received as specified.

10.2 Communications by post are deemed received three days after mailing
(first class) or five days (second class).

 

11. General

 

11.1 No waiver by us of any breach by you is a waiver of subsequent
breaches.

11.2 No term of the Contract confers rights on third parties.

11.3 Invalid provisions do not affect the validity of other provisions.

11.4 The Contract is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes
are subject to the jurisdiction of English courts.

11.5 Headings are for convenience only.

11.6 Personal information may be used for anti-fraud checks.

11.7 Excessive returns or abuse of the return policy may result in account
deactivation.
